Strange P4B issue, bios 1012

Whenever we have to restart the computer, it will beep once, display the
post screen and memory will be hung at 1216k. It doe not matter how much
memory is actually installed

Warm boot several times will usually get you past it. Sometimes letting it
sit for an hour or 2 will get you booted.

I have swapped out memory with chips that were tested in another p4b. This
did not help. I have also removed everything from the system (all cards and
drives) and turned off everything I can find in the bios. I ahve also
swapped out the video card 4 times with other used, known working units.

Any idea's? Tomorrow I will put in a new Anetec Truepower 550 PS. The old
unit as Sparkle 300w unit driving a Raid 5, 6 EIDE disk array ;) . After 2
years it may be bad!

Okay, just added a True power 550, Cleared the CMOS, and now it hangs
at the Asus P4B flash screen. I assume this would be the same place
before with the Splash screen enabled
