P4 Cooler on a celery CPU

Will it fit? Can I make it fit?

I have a spare HSF that came with a P4 2.4 CPU retail boxed set. I'm
running a P4P800 and used a Zalman 7000 CPU cooler instead, so I'm not
using the retail HSF.

I also have a machine running a Celeron 850 on an Asus CUV266 board,
and a cheap old HSF that sounds like a plane taking off. I'm wondering
if there's any way I can replace that with the spare new P4 cooler

Any chance?
