Yes, but just how much depends on exactly what you're doing
with it.

From

Pentium 4 2.6GHZ
1GB DDR333
MSI-6701 P4 Motherboard
Seagate 120GB 7200RPM
ATI Radeon 9600TX Graphics card(128mb DDR)

To

Asrock 939SLI32-eSATA2 ULi M1695, S939, PCI-E (x16), DDR 400, SATA II, SATA
RAID, ATX
1Gb (2X512Mb) Corsair TwinX DDR, PC3200 (400), 184 Pin, Non-ECC Unbuffered,
CAS 2-3-3-6
320Gb Seagate ST3320620AS Barracuda 7200.10, SATA2, 7200 rpm, 16MB Cache, ,
NCQ
1 x Inno3D 7300GT 256MB DDR3 SLI

But will the processor work boost performance much?

Yes, so will all of your other new goodies.

I don't like ur new videocard.
Is 7300GT faster than ur 9600?
A 7600GT would be a better choice....
Be sure to get the right 3500+ core..
I think it was the San Diego or the Venice core that is 90nm..
