I think someone asked about registry patches to enable AGP-4 on a P3V4X
board.

To turn it OFF

Thanks, has tried it but does not work.
It seem problem between VIA driver and WinXP.

By the way, what is the use for the 2nd statement "RegAGPRate". I do not
have this one in my registry.

I have the "EnableVia4x" in followng location of my WinXP registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\NVDIA Corporation\Global\System
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\nv4\Device0
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Services\nv4\Device0
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\nv4\Device0

You will need the second part of the tweak.

I don't know. Someone sent these to me when I was having a similar problem
with W2K and they worked. I thought they might work for XP also.
