Based only on google searching this P2P error which has appeared here a few
times, I _think_ this is caused by running Kazza on a machine with
different user accounts.

I don't know the actual cause, but I'd guess it's something like Kazza is
not really User-Profile Aware, and when installed by one user it is perhaps
dumping stuff in the user profile or similar. Then when a second user logs
on, when something tries to start, it fails because the wrong user profile
is loaded. Or it could be a permissions issue, because perhaps it's not
really NTFS aware, and the files it needs are not accessible to the
currently logged-on user.

The best fix I can suggest is to loose Kazza ;-)
