Running a 4 PC home network.
All machines running XP Pro.
All PCs under same workgroup name.
No ICF or other security software running
Connected using a swtich
Simple file sharing enabled on all, plus all are sharing at least one folder
No passwords set on user accounts or shares
PC A,B,and C can see and access each other's shares, and they can see PC D
(within "VIEW WORKGROUP COMPUTERS"), but cannot access it(do not have
correct permissions error message)
PC D can see and access PC A,B, and C's shares just fine
No Internet connection sharing involved
All user accounts are set to admin
File and printer sharing enabled

Possibly a right's violation?
Maybe I need to setup passwords for each user accound\t?
Any ideas?

With simple file sharing enabled, there are no file permissions or
rights, and there's no reason to set up passwords for user accounts.

Make sure that NetBIOS over TCP/IP is enabled on all computers, as
shown here:

Enable NetBIOS Over TCP/IP (NetBT)
http://www.practicallynetworked.com/sharing/troubleshoot/netbt.htm

Run the Network Setup Wizard on PC D to fully enable file sharing.

Un-share and re-share whatever is shared on PC D, then try accessing
it from the other computers.
