P2P downloads

I have successfully downloaded (and uploaded for that matter) many tracks though Win MX. For some reason, despite the search engine working effectively, it will not download for me any more. I suppose I have fiddled with something and unknowingly cocked things up. I have tried system restore but to no avail. Can anybody help a thickie?
 
Go to Add or Remove Programs under the Control Panel and uninstall WinMX
If you still have the downloaded copy reinstall WinMX or download it again.
You'll also get the latest version.
