P2B & ATA66

I hear there is a hang or lockup problem with the P2B and my Promise ATA66.
I have a 120 & 80 gig drive hooked to it as well as my DVDRW IDE 1004 to
help speed them up. Am I SOL or is there a workaround?

Hmm, where did you hear 'bout that?

BTW: A DVD-ROM is unlikely to benefit much there, it should work equally
well on the onboard IDE.

Do you actually experience any such problems? If so, what BIOS and
drivers (and OS) are you using?
