Is it possible to run a Intel Slot 1 Pentium III 1GHz/256/133/1.7v in a P2B
motherboard? I think I have one of the latest P2Bs (although I can't quote
the serial number) with Bios 1014 installed.

The PCB revision would do.
with Bios 1014 installed.

If it's one of the later ones with 4 FS jumpers, yes, you can run this
at 133 MHz. Of course the usual caveats apply (memory, AGP clock). A rev
1.12 (and quite likely, 1.10 and higher though I'd check the voltage
regulator chip then) can run Coppermines.

The older P2Bs with 3 FSB jumpers and an ICS9148-26 clock generator can
run Coppermines at 133Mhz too - if there's a 133Mhz jumper setting in
the table printed on the board, it will work.

The issue on the older versions is the voltage regulator, which is
limited to 1.8v prior to rev 1.10, and also on some early 1.10 boards.
However, it's perfectly safe to run any Coppermine CPU at 1.8v using
'slot jumpers' as described in the FAQ:

Of course, PC133 memory and a video card which tolerates an 89Mhz AGP
clock are required as you mentioned.
