P.C. scan while logged off

Does your p.c. have to be signed on to the network or have a user logged on
to run a anti-spyware scan or does it run as long as the p.c. is on?

The current beta1 product requires that an administrator be logged on.

Beta2--Windows Defender--will run as a service, and presumably this will no
longer be an issue.
