When I reboot or open IE a tool bar at the bottom above
the status bar appears as a link bar that I cannot figure
how to get rid of without closing it out everytime,
please help me. It appears to have something to do
with "oycrwquqcph"? Do you know what this is?

Also, when I reboot or open IE, the homepage always
defaults into something that is not what I want. I
always have to change it and click "apply" and it still
keeps happening, what do I do?

oh... this happened to me too... I got a new computer
though... it's like my post with the saved search sites...
uh... certain sites put in cookies, and sometimes, they're
hidden... like, you know when you hide a file, and it says
like share with users and that crap? yeah, it's like
that... they put in a cookie only they can see... so,
you'd have to delete it by going into DOS... to get rid of
these, either go to a really good hacker or a comp repair
specialist guy... I got it from a Offer Site, like one of
those things where you get points by joining some crap...
my neighbor, however, got it from a er... pornographic
site... and his search toolbar stayed at some site... I
dunno... but he hacked in and deleted it... I heard
there's a site that teaches you...
