owner becomes <unknown> with default .mdw

I"m still not getting a solution to this problem. I've
done the 3 conditions,
1. the Admin user is not a member of the Admins group.
2. the Admin user does not have Open Database permissions
or open any other object permissions.
3. all permissoins to the database and all its objects are
removed from the Users group.

My username is the owner of the database when using
my .mdw. But when switched back to the default workgroup,
the owner becomes <unknown>. Does anyone find that happens
too? How do you fix this? When the owner is unknown,
anyone gets full access.

Who is the owner of the database when you open it with
YOUR workgroup file?

No, the Admin user does not have Open Database permissions
because the Users group does not have Open Database
permissions.

Yes, all permissions to the database and all its objects
are removed from the Users Group.

Those items i already took care of. I think it's the fact
that the owner is unknown that anyone can have full
access. Who do i make the owner? Admin, or a user- defined?
It seems to me, either way, if you use the default
workgroup info file, anyone can get full access.

I do notice this however. When i change back to the
default workgroup, I look at the User/Group permissions,
and i notice that Admin is the only user (which it should
be) and that the user Admin has no rights whatsoever. He
doesn't even have rights to Open/Run the database. But i'm
finding that this is not the case. The database just opens
as though there was no password or user/group protection
at all. Why??? Is it because the owner is unknown? If so,
how do i fix that.
