owner account

hi
I created 3 accounts for myself and my flatmates and I was using windows xp and next time i restarted it it displayed something called "owner account" I clicked on it and moves my private documents in there. after one day the "owner account" disappeared and with it all my documents.

no one has the privilages of deleting or creating an account expect me. how can i get this "owner account " back

You may use TweakUI from the XP Powertoys within an
admin account to control which accounts are shown on the
Welcome screen.
