Add a new unbound form to your database for each switchboard you want.
Add a command button (use the command button wizard).
Select the wanted commands (Open a Report, Open a Form, etc., and the
wizard will write the code.

Add one command button to each form which will open the next
switchboard form. The wizard will do that for you.

Modify the code if necessary.

thanks for your response

but this open 4 different forms. i would like to open all in one form, just
like the switchboard manager.
how can u do that please

thanks

And what is the purpose of creating your own Switchboard.... one that acts
the SAME as MS Access's version of the same?

Why not simply use the tools available - Create a switchboard menu and then
modify the form.
There are a bunch of canned switchboards/menus out on the web if that's what
you're looking for.
Check this site out - http://www.peterssoftware.com/abs.htm
I have no affiliation with this site.
There are lots of others.

You were the one who said you wanted to use the switchboard to open
several different switchboards pages, remember?
2ndpage, 3rdpage and 4th page.

The built in switchboard is limited (unless you are prepared to do
extensive modifications) to 8 control buttons on each page. And even
then you can still only edit the original 8 buttons using the manager.

If you want more buttons on one form, it is MUCH simpler to create
your own form and add as many command buttons to it as you wish.
