OWA & Links

I'm using OWA with an Exchange 2003 server.
When I send a email out with a link to an online PDF file and when the
recipient clicks on the link it takes them to another OWA logon site instead
of the online PDF file.

For Example:

I send an email with the following link:

http://dz13.dailyrazor.com/~kcpweb1/emailfiles/Conrad Introduction Statement
on KCQEA.pdf

When the recipient opens the email, the same link shows in the body but when
they click on it, it takes them to this site instead.

How can this be resolved?

Thanks....

Since Outlook Web Access is a part of Exchange and not Outlook, I would try asking this in microsoft.public.exchange.clients.
