Thank you for your posting.
From your post, I undertstand that when the user open the email in IE
through web address (OWA), the open window is a blank window. Based on
this, the issue may relate to the IE urlmon.dll file. Let us register the
urlmon.dll file to resolve the issue.
1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type "Regsvr32 c:\winnt\system32\urlmon.dll" (without
the quotation marks), and then click OK.
NOTE: There is a space between regsvr32 and c:\winnt\system32\urlmon.dll
3. When prompted with the "DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll succeeded"
message, click OK.
4. Restart the computer.
The issue should be resolved now.

| I have a user who uses Outlook Web Access to read her
