Hello, I have Outlook 2002 on my WinXP Pro laptop and get my mail at
work thru OWA. When I sign in to OWA at work, I get copies of my mails
on my Outlook program that I can drag over to my Personal folders to
access at home offline.

However, when I sign in to OWA at home, I can't seem to save the mail
- I have the laptop with the Outlook Web Access website open with my
mail, and I then open Outlook. Now I have these 2 windows open - how
do I save my mail from the website to my laptop Outlook to access at
home to work offline?

Also one more question - I have created folders for groups of mails
for various projects on the website. How do I get the incoming mail to
automatically sort itself into these folders?

Thank you for any help!

in response to your second question:

go to tools menu and select rules wizard. select NEW
rule, then select "start from a blank rule". then follow
the choices to move the message or move a copy of the
message to which ever folder you want to put it in.

Hi - unless you can get to your mailbox via Outlook (over RAS, VPN,
something like that) from home, you can't do anything really - OWA is just a
web view of your mailbox.
