Oversized Document Printing Problem

I have created a 16x20 document in Word. Set paper size
to custom and check all margins. It will not print an
image area larget than 81/2 x 11. Kink's even tried to
figure it out but couldn't.

I need help. Any suggestions?
 
Is the printer driver selected for a printer capable of printing to that
size paper?
