Can you help please
Can I narrate over music?
What I want to do is narrate a story with the music playing in the
background.
Can you tell me how I can do this please.
My OP system is XPpro with moviemaker 2
Any help would be apprecated.
 
There is only one audio track for either music or narration.

That said, you could save the edited movie as DV_AVI with your music in the
audio track and then re-import it as video and then re-use the audio track
to do the narration.
 
Will that same method allow me to remove ALL audio from a
home move dub and then insert my own music tracks?
