overlay problems

i am using frontpage 2002. i used the wizard template to create pages.
after creating the pages i wanted to put some of my files in folders so my
list wasn't so long. after doing this i went to my report screen and saw that
the files i moved are not accessable from the home page.
originally i had products and services listed directly under my home page. i
made a folder called products services and moved the pages to the respected
folders. i checked my hyperlinks and everything does work.
i have done the following;
- clicked on unlinked files click recal hyperlinks...nothing happened

should i delete these files that are unlinked?

are these like shadows if i decide to change a theme say i chose theme 1 and
then go to theme 2, does theme 1 still show?
 
okay i found out by missing around that i have an overlay in the top section
and then an overlay in folders. i was messing around and moved the overlay in
the folders to the top overylay and the files were repaired.
i have 2 themes that are still broken, when i recalulate the links i get 54
broken overlay files
the themes is a modified theme...saved as copyofblitz
the theme file that is broken is theme.css should i just delete this file?
under it is a file called theme info. this file has all the modifcations i
made
