Overlay in Frontpage changes case

In FP 2003 it shows the theme as Sky, but when I publish the file, it changes
vbtn and hbtn to sky. Any ideas why this happens?
 
FP auto generates the intermediate _overlay folder images and final _derived files names from your theme name (always as lower case)
