Hi there, i'm tri-ing to create a new database and when i've build a table i
want to create a form, using the form wizard. however once i click on the
wizard and enter the fileds i want and then click on any of the layouts i get
"Form Wizard" pop up with the word " Overflow" in the box. and an ok button
.. and if i then click finish i get "invalid procedure call or argument.

i've tried on many different databases inculding Northwind example and the
same thing happens. i've downloaded the service pack and all updates for
office and still nothing.

I don't think installing earlier versions will help because they probably
won't over-write that bad file that's probably causing this. One last thing
to try before calling MS technical support who can read a stack dump file.

Uninstall Office and reboot. Then find a file named ofcln.exe or something
very close to that name, and run it to clean the last vestiges of Office off
the machine. Reboot again and reinstall Office (the version you want to
use). Install the entire file set, not just the default install.

Thanks again for the info, however i tried uninstalling and then looked for
that file which i couldn't find, by i used a program to clean the registey.
and reinstalled same problem.

I remember before having problems with publisher that was caused by a file
in the users profile. so i enable the guest account and logged off and on as
the guest and it worked fine. so i guess it must be a file on the username
profile any idea?

thanks
