I have pc4200 OCZ and want to get this memory running at 533 Mhz. I'm new to
overclocking and not sure how to adjust the cpu/ memory divider. Is that
done in the BIOS or a jumper ? Any help would be appreciated .

bummer it appears it cant do better than 1:1

You can't do better than 1:1 memory, BUT you can increase the motherboard's
FSB speed which will directly affect the speed your memory runs.

FSB of 200MHz = DDR 400 = CPU 800FSB
FSB of 220MHz = DDR 440 = CPU 880FSB

direct relationship there, so to get your memory at DDR 533 you would have
to run an FSB of 266. Your processor would be running at 1066FSB. Good luck
getting your CPU and motherboard to handle those kinds of speeds, or
anything close for that matter.

Im running 230 right now PAT enabled very stable 2.5-3-3-7 over 5 Gb/s
bandwidth ... gonna inch it up from here hope to get to 250 with these
settings. If I get to 250 with stability I'll be happy.
