overclocking a TUV4X...

I tried overclocking my TUV4X motherboard (with a Celeron 1.1GHz CPU) the
other day and upon rebooting I was informed that the CPU was trying to run
at an unsupported speed (or something like that) and wouldn't continue
booting. I only have tried adjusting the CPU speed up to 1.4GHz. What else
do I need to do to get it to overclock? Also, does anyone have any
experience on how high I can overclock this system and retain stability?
