Overclockers forgetting order?

Can anyone tell me what the chances are of overclockers forgetting my order?

I ordered an xfx 7900gt on the 7th April, and it only came to 'in stock' yesterday, and yet they havn't sent an email confirming they have sent it.

What should I do?
 
Just send them a quick e-mail to check - no harm :)
 
Or phone them up tomorrow morning. Last time I phoned them I got through straight away, but that ain't always the case.
 
As the others have said email them & see what happens. Or if they have a phone number ring them up, but keep your cool:thumb:
 
Make sure you phone them early or its a bugger to get through.

Do they still use those web note things?
 
yeah they do use the webnotes

I gave them a quick email and got a virtualy instant reply. The mouse mat I ordered with it has gone out of stock (I forgot I ordered a mousemat) and they are getting no more deliveries of it. I therefore need to remove it from my order.

How do I do that?
 
I think you need to give them a bell to change your order.....

You can use the web notes but its a bit of a pain
