Hello,

I just installed the 4.3 catalyst drivers my for my 9800XT and I don't have
any options to overclock the card. I am missing something? If so what?

Will the Omega drivers do the job?

Omega drivers offer indeed RadLinker for overclocking with them. Wicg
works good! ATITool is a tool that can help to find the bounderies of
how far you can overclock. Google for it :-)
