over heating

PLEASE HELP ME I WAS ADRESSING SOME LETTERS AND A POPUP
CAME UP THAT MY COMPUTER WAS OVER HEATING TO TURN THE
COMPUTER OFF AND TIGHTEN THE THUMB SCREWS ON THE COVER .
WHAT IS THIS SPEAKING OF.

Be sure that all fans in the case are working, and leave room around the
case for air to circulate. If messages continue to pop up, consider
consulting a technician. Heat can hose a PC.

Mmm. this could also be the BIOS-varning (?)
Do a search for any software that can utilise the thermal-readings that's
built in your PC (using www-search)
Check the temp on the processor and system and consult the brand www-site
(amd or pentium depending on what you use).

If you exceed the brand recommendations regarding temperature, then
something is wrong with the system and you should hand it over to someone
who knows better about this problem.
