I'm seeing this error every i log into my desktop.

"OC fail, please enter setup to change OC fail setting"?

Searched more on this topic, every one suggesting to turn down the OC
settings to factory settings, But to my surprise I see my system is
already with factory settings, still I see the above error. how to
fix this error? can some one help me, Plz.

*Any* failure to shut the computer down cleanly, may be interpreted
as a failure. It does not require an "overclock". The BIOS does
not check, and say to itself, "oh, the user was overclocking".
Any "unclean" or "unexpected" shutdown (even a power failure)
could result in seeing that message, and requesting you to
enter the BIOS.

The feature was intended, as a mechanism to recover from an
overclocking experiment, without needing to use the clear CMOS
jumper. It is intended as a convenience for overclockers.

But for people who have some kind of instability on the
motherboard, it can also cause those symptoms, even
though the processor settings are normal or stock values.

Changing the motherboard may fix it, but that is a pretty
extreme (and expensive) change. While you can try playing
with the BIOS settings, there is no guarantee of a fix.
