oval frame

We had windows 98 and Picture It! came with it. We loved
the oval frame feature and heart outline for the
pictures. We upgraded to Windows XP and the Picture it
is gone - does the Windows XP come with anything similar
to that really need the oval frame!!!!

The only program included in Windows XP that allows
image manipulation is Microsoft Paint. It does not have
the features that you are describing from your old version
of Picture It!.

You can find Paint at: Start / Programs / Accessories / Paint.

Picture It! was probably included in the OEM software
that was pre-installed on your old copmputer. It is not
and never has been a component of Windows. if you
have the Picture It! disk, you can install the program on
your new computer.
