I've pretty much refined the technique of certifying my posts with Jing. It
takes all of about five seconds ...too simple. The time stamp and the unique
account with Jing is impossible to beat and it gets posted to ScreenCast so a
reader can check.

I suppose that is one challenge too great for forgers :)

Another trick I use to cover my tracks is to post through a server based n
Albanian. The US feds can't forcibly extract server logs from the Albanian
govt.
