Outta Space!!!

I have a 75 GB drive that was partioned into 4 volumes. Volume C is
running out of space which shuts down print services. Is there a way
to extend into the larger volumes? Can I convert to a dynamic disk and
convert that way?

You can only extend the System or Boot volume (partition) with third
party tools, like BootItNG, Partition Magic, Acronis etc.

No, same as above.

since you mention print services we know you have a server. You can not use
workstation products like Partition magic to expand your boot/system
partition. You have to buy a server product like what Acronis provides for
around $700.

Alternately you can clone partition to partiton to a larger disk resizing as
you do eash partition.
