We have a potential outside client who wants to be able to
access a particular directory to run reports. He will not
need print capabilities. I want to set up an account for
him to use TS and access just the info he needs the info
he needs. WHat is the best way to go about this.

Is Terminal Services your organization's standard
way of granting access to internal resources for
outside parties?

I ask because it doesn't even seem like you need
to waste a TS license for this; however, I don't know
your environment.

If the outside client only needs data and you
are willing to allow that client to use that
data, then why not use folder sharing over a VPN.

If the outside client must use an application in your
environment to access that folder then I can see
using TS for this.
