Output to tv?

My computer has an ATI Radion X1550 graphics card. I'm wondering about
the connection that says "video". Is this an input or an output? I'm
not sure if this is possible, but I'd like to run a line to my TV for
watching online movies. Can it be done?

Yes, it should be video out. Very few video cards have video in too. You
can connect it to your TV fine and watch videos off your PC on it.
