Hello All,

I have created a macro wherein the output of few queries is to an excel. For
example my query name is Priya and the output xls file specified in the
Action Arguments is C:\temp\Priya. When i run a macro i get a pop up message
stating
The file already exists. Do you want to replace the existing file?

Can you please help me eliminate this message as it gets cumbersome to go on
clicking OK button number of times.

Thanks & Regards
Priya

Priya,

As far as I know, there is no way to eliminate this message.

One way around it is to delete or rename the existing file before
running your OutputTo, but the deleting or renaming needs to be done
with a VBA procedure, I don't think you can do that in a macro.

Thank you Steve.
