output to file urgent help please.

I have more than 50 reports , but having problem with saving these
reports.sometimes my printer is not working so i need to save a report into a
floppy disk or cd and take to any other computer in our dept.is there a way
or an option to print the reports ( the current report) because most of my
reports are based ony queries with parameters.

what shoul i do to solve this ? do i have to make a button to send reports
to files? this will be long because i have so many reports. actually , i want
an option like,on close of a report, want system to promt the user with or
not he wants to sent to file or somthing like this?
please help me as this problem is wasting my time and i have to submit the
reports as soon as possible to my boss.
 
You could export to snapshot format. Help has information on the topic.
Also, I have seen postings in the newsgroup about converting or outputting
directly to pdf. A newsgroup search should turn up several discussions on
that topic. I haven't actually done the process myself, so I can't offer
any specific suggestions.
