output to create a Org Chart

is it possible to get Access to create an org chart from
the data stored in it. ive created a database to track
the manning and establishment of a company but want to be
able to produce org charts from the data?
 
There is no template or wizard for this in Access. Some versions of Visio do
a nice job and can be linked to an Access table or query.
