My boss is running Win XP Home and Office XP on his
laptop. Everything was running well until a few weeks
ago - suddenly when he tried to print, an error message
came up (can't remember it) with a help box. I clicked
help and found out that somehow the Outlprnt file had
become corrupted. I deleted it and restarted Outlook as
suggested. This fixed the problem, however, now every
few days, printing craps out again. The only solution so
far has been to delete the Outlprnt file, shut down the
computer, restart and reopen Outlook. There's GOT to be
a permanent fix!!! Help!
