Outlooks Attachments

when i attach any attachments in a new e-mail they attach
in the writing plane and thus cant be opened by my
friends. If i reply the attachments go in the right
place - on the subject bar.

HELP PLEASE!!

change your message format to plain text or html, you're using RTF right
now.
