There is a newsgroup on the MS new server that is especially for Outlook
Express. When you post there, please tell them if the program opens at all
and, if it does, what folders inside of the program are not working.

This link will open the newsgroup in Outlook Express:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlo
okexpress

And in case you can't use Outlook Express at all, this link will launch the
same newsgroup using your web browser:
http://communities.microsoft.com/Newsgroups/default.asp?ICP=internetexplore
