i have just chainged ISP and i cant for the life of me find out how to
change my email address and i really want to use outlook express for sending
scan pictures, or can i send scanned pics through hotmail, i am a bit thick
with all this !!!!
 
That really depends on who your email acct is with......if it is your ISP
provider phone them they will be more than happy to set you up.......after
all you are paying for it.

Go to your ISP home page. There should be a Support link that will have
a graphical description on how to set up OE for mail.
