i need to constantly send an email to several persons. My problem is I do not want one person to actually see who else got the email. When I do a distribution list- it shows all the people that I have send the email to. Is there any way to hide
them.

Put the distributionlist in the BCC field or do a mail merge from within
Word.

That's the correct behaviour. If you want to personalize the mail you should
use the mail merge option.
