Outlook2003. Change of colour of the text on reply.

Hi.

When I replied or forwarded an e-mail in outlook2002, the text was
automatically changed to blue.
How can I obtain this in Outlook2003?

That only happens when you reply/forward an HTML mail item and it still
seems to work that way in OL2003
