I just bought a new laptop with the latest version of WinXP. I have
partitioned the disk into two drives, C: and E:, with the aim of using C:
only for programs and E: for all my data. I also bought MSOffice 2003 Pro,
which included BCM and installed it on the laptop. Now, I want to move the
Outlook and BCM data files onto the E: drive and get all my outlook data from
my existing laptop into this. (I use a cross cable to move data files between
computers). I am an experienced user, but not an admin, so get lost in too
mcuh of technical stuff. Can someone please help me with the steps?

SSK.

It is not possible to move the BCM data files out of C drive since they are
created by the software and are database (.mdf) files.
If you are using a PST (Personal Folders) with Outlook, you can create /
copy it (.pst file) on e-drive and connect your outlook profile to it. Same
applies to your personal address book (.pab) file.

Regards.
