Hi,
Recently upgraded an Outlook2000 to Outlook 2003 @ a customers site.
Now the customer reports a weird problem.
Several receipients are complaining that they receive mails (sended by the
upgraded Outlook2003 machine) is missing attachments or it's only a
WINMAIL.DAT file.
When the customer sends an email to me with that problem (problem occurs
while FWD emails) i can open it perfectly with Outlook2003. But when i go
check my mailbox online by webmail is see a Winmail.dat file.
When i download that mail in Outlook Express or Eudora mails then there is
the Winmail.dat file.
When I forward that mail from my Outlook2003 back to his email and ask him
to FWD that mail again to me --> then i can open that mail perfectly in
Outlook Express.
I already checked out that TOOLS-OPTIONS-MAILFORMAT- everything is HTML
(also button Internet Format), also tried PlainTXT with no luck....
Im a little bit desperate
