R Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] Jan 18, 2005 #2 The (email) designation following the address can not be removed through any of the menu or options screens. There are ways to be rid of it however: 1. Go to contact folder. Choose contact by right clicking and select "New message to Contact." 2. Modify the resources of the contab32.dll file.
