outlook is blocked entirely - after last update it was ok, blocked again. cannot receive nor send messages.
Outlook express the same, cannot answer emails, but can receive them. what to do?

By "cannot answer mails", what exactly do you mean?. Do you receive any
error messages?, if so, what are they?
