I hate to bother you, but I just bought a new computer
and was suppose to have a free trial for outlook and the
only thing I received was AOL. I would like to know how
to contact outlook for a free trial so I can see if I
want it or continue on with MSN. Appreciate your help.

Whether or not you obtain Outlook will have no bearing on whether or not you
continue with MSN. MSN is a mail provider. You have to have a mail reader
in order to see MSN mail. There is a browser-based mail reader for MSN
mail, of course, but Outlook is also a mail reader, as is Outlook Express,
Eudora, and others. You need one of these in order to see your mail no
matter what provider you use.
