I'm in the help desk department and have three users that have been reporting problems with outlook being sluggish. When they first log onn to their computers and initiate oultook it could take upto 5 min. before outlook comes up, that's if there lucky. If outlook doen's respond we usually have to go to task manager and end the program there. I have tried deleting the outcmd.dat and the frmcache.dat and the problems still persist. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
