I cut a message from Inbox, went to Personal Folders,
clicked on Paste, but then I can not find that message
anywhere. It is not in the Inbox from which I cut and
it is not in the Personal Folders to which I tried to
move to. Can anybody help?

Try using Advanced Find to locate it.
