Is there a way to tell if a message has been delivered to
a system, and read? I have checked the boxes for read
receipts on all out, but have not received anything back
on emails I sent.
 
The person can decline to have the receipts sent in many setups. For
example, I'm using OL2002, and I can choose whether or not to send receipts
when I read a message. I believe that =< 2000, the user is prompted only if
it is an Internet e-mail. If Exchange, the receipt is sent automatically.
These statements assume default settings in Outlook.
